CE credits to keep a license - NO!

I do not agree with the requirement from the state to have CE credits to keep your license.  I do agree that any decent practicing Engineer will keep up with his/her field to stay current and know the requirements necessary to properly use their stamp.  Some of these "courses" are CE accredited and some are not.  Many of the CE accredited courses are a waste of time and money.  If this passes someone could get rich providing these CE courses to all the licensed PE's in the state.
