A lobby by small outfits without much knowledge of real profession but efficient use of summer hires to produce fancy colorful power  point  presentation  to label as CE courses for the real practioners in the real world.  Been there and seen them.  CE is a waste of time and money for the busy professionals and golden opportunities for some to milk  them , because government said so.
