UNNECESSARY; THIS WILL JUST WASTE TIME AND RESOURCES WITH NO BENEFIT TO THE PUBLIC

UNNECESSARY; THIS WILL JUST WASTE TIME AND RESOURCES WITH NO BENEFIT. IT WOULD COST THE STATE MORE TO EVALUATE THE VALUE OF THE TRAINING THAN ANY INCREASED VALUE THAT MAY BE RECEIVED. ENGINEERS, etc. THAT DESIRE TO CONTINUE THEIR EDUCATION ALREADY DO. THOSE THAT DO NOT WILL JUST WASTE TIME AND RESOURCES IN COMPLYING WITH THE REQUIREMENTS AND WILL NOT RECIEVE ANY PERSONAL OR PUBLIC BENEFIT.
