Please provide a grandfather clause for those of us sixty-five (65) and older.

After practicing architecture as a Certified Architect in the Commonwealth of Virginia for forty-six (46) years I believe my knowledge is more than sufficient to allow me a few more years of practice without the burden of mandatory continuing education.
