I vote NO to this proposed CE requirement.

I agree wholeheartedly with most of the comments already made against this proposed action.   In my company we already have in-house continuing engineering education/training requirements.  The CE is of very little (if any) value and extremely burdensome to the engineers (both licensed and non-licensed).   

Furthermore, as a P.E., I feel that I - and not a government bureaucracy - am the best judge of when I need new training and of what type to maintain my license. 

Having the government implement this proposed regulation would most likely having it end up being a "one size fits all" approach, which -  no matter how liberal the rules - will still end up being a burden to most of us, both in cost and time.    If this requirement were passed, I would probably have to let my license go inactive.
