Reminder: VDH cannot promote materials and resources of a sexual nature that could be shared with a child without parental knowledge and undermine a parent's right to direct the health and education of their children.  Counselors, teachers, administrators, health agencies, and government intrusion can never replace the family unit. 

I have taught for 24 years at public schools (Title I) and overseas. No matter the economic situation the most important factor that made a difference in keeping the students on track was parent involvement and responsibility.
