I am in favor of the rules as written - These are very minimal requirements

I think the board has done a pretty good job of formulating rules.  I am licensed in seven other state, all of which require continuing education.  These are truly some of the least onerous and seem very simple to complete.

I am not in favor of pre approval of courses.  I have never had a course denied.  The only other state that I am licensed in which requires pre approval is Texas.  Completing continuing education for Texas is the biggest nightmare of any of the state that I am licensed in, especially if you are out of state.  It is very restrictive and limiting.  I don't want to go to Austin once a year.
