Continuing Ed - vote no
 

I agree with what seems to be the majority of comments, that this should be voted down.  After 26 years in the engineering business, running my own company, clients of all types, continuing education is a waste of time.  I find myself taking classes (for other states) on subjects that I could easliy teach (and do teach to my employees).

Sure, my hours taken for other states would statisfy Virginia's requirement, but this is a waste of time and should be stopped.  Many companies are making money at our expense for these classes.  We are continually educating ourselves as a part of our career.  We do not need these silly classes.
