I could not agree more with the majority of those posting, not supporting the requirement. The idea sounds pretty good, in theory, but implementation of this additional registration requirement is an unrealistic burden for most individuals working, with a significant load of time-bound responsibilities.  It is the responsibility of all professionals to continue to get better.  The ways that each of us chooses to do that is diverse, and most likely does not fit into what the Board would see as "approved".
