The Cost of a Mandatory Program Will Not Be Significantly Beneficial

This program has not improved the professional services in other states one iota.  All architects know what additional education they need and know when, where, and how to get it.  Making continuing education a mandatory program will simply waste their time and money, and the States money. This will result in more bureaucracy and government waste of funds needed elsewhere, like repaving my street!
