Engineers stationed overseas

There are thousands of Engineers currently living overseas while in the US military, or while working for the Department of Defense, Department of State, or any number of US government agencies, or while working for American companies or NGOs.  It is extremely difficult for us to accumulate the required continuing education credits.  I have had to give up my licensure in other states because I am unable to fulfill the continuing education requirement in an affordable or reasonable manner.   Please consider expatriot engineers and our special constraints in enacting this questionable policy.
