Preapproval of Courses and Instructors is a Must!

I have no problem with the idea of continuing education but i do believe that the courses and instructors must be preapproved before any of us waste our time taking classes or attending seminars that won't be accepted by the board. Time is at a premium for any of us who are trying to do business. Attending (and paying for) coursework that could potentially be rejected is just too big a risk of time and money for those of us whose livelihood depends on our license.  We must have preapproval and reciprocity for coursework taken to meet requirements for other states for this requirement to work.
