I am concerned that this will have little effect on the actual quality of our product.  Those that chose to cut corners will continue to do so and those who don't will continue to not do so.  It is essentially a personal choice and mandated continuing education is not going to change that.   However, appearances are almost as relevant as reality and this will generally appear to bring our state into parity with our neighbors.  I guess I can come up with the costs to support my licenses.  However, I consider this an unwelcome financial burden.  DAR
