Exemptions for Geotechnical Work

Recently, I have moved from 878 Rudder Way, Annapolis, MD 21401 to the mailing address shown above. My license has been renewed through March 32, 2010.

I believe,We current Professional Engineers should at least be grandfathered in so we do not have to take extra credit hours to continue our licensure, since when we acquired our licenses, we weren't under any such contract to do so. Will there be exemptions for those VA PE Licensures in existence for over 20 yrs?

This comment applies to me, since my work applies as a consultant only certifying soils engineering work (geotechnical) for a soils engineering company (who is sealed by the VA Board).
