At the outset, the comments that follow are mine and do not in any way reflect the ideas or position that my organization may have upon the subject.

I've been waiting for the subject to arise for a while now.  I believe that it's needed for the subject occupations to remain relevant in today's fast paced environment.  All that I ask, as a 54 year old who has primarily focused on construction management, is to give us a chance to be successful with a wide variety of training subjects and formats.  Thanks.
