Consistancy between States

Virginia was my first registration and I currently maintain CE requirements in NC, GA, AL and FL.  Over the years of acquiring required CE, I find that I have added little actual significant knowledge of value, and not from lack of effort.  I find that the most common classes available are for erosion control.  FL requires that we watch 4 hours of disciplinary hearings, usually an engineer who can barely speak English has left his seal at a company office for a monthly fee.  How enlightening.

My request / advice is that Virginia not have proprietary CE classes, and that we are able to certify that we have met our home state requirements and that the requirements are comparable.
