Agreement, and question

In addition to the ability to teach all theory, clarification concerning procedural tutorials would be much appreciated.

In the age of Youtube tutorials providing easy instruction to the masses, I am hoping that institutions can also provide video tutorials or video streaming for at home student to review as a part of their skills based educational training. Not as primary instruction, but as supplemental for laboratory based education. For the larger Covid situation currently occurring, but also for those who may have limited mobility, chronic health problems, or who may be immunocompromised to be able to still observe lab skills if they are unable to attend regular classes, when the current COVID waver expires.
