The Board recently filed a fast-track action to amend procedures for informal conference orders to make the processes consistent with Board policies and the Virginia Administrative Processes Act (action 6759/ stage 10773). Since the filing of that action, Board staff have identified additional provisions in other regulatory chapters is being amended in a similar way. |
