Chapter 340 of the 2023 Acts of Assembly changed statutory provisions regarding transferability of home studies prepared by local departments of social services (LDSS) and licensed private child placing agencies (LCPA), for the purpose of a child in a foster home. As a result, regulatory changes are needed to implement the statute. |
