These regulations permit work activities on the right-of-way of state highways for construction, utility installations, entrances, events and other activities. The intent of this action is to remove redundant or obsolete language, with the goal of identifying opportunities for regulatory reduction and streamlining in accordance with Governor Youngkin’s Executive Order 19 |
