As there are no longer any shooting enclosures in operation in Virginia and the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services does not have statutory authority to issue a shooting enclosure license to a new enclosure, this regulatory action proposes to repeal 2 VAC 5-205, Rules and Regulations Pertaining to Shooting Enclosures, which is no longer used or needed. |
