The purpose of the proposed action is to: amend the regulation to reflect changes to the continuum of services available for court-involved youth, including group homes, halfway houses and shelter-care facilities; update the definitions section and terms used for clarity and consistency with other regulations; and incorporate appropriate cross references to statutes, regulations, and guidance documents, amended, enacted or promulgated since the last review. |
