| Action Summary |
To develop a comprehensive regulation containing the minimum standards for juvenile secure detention centers covering program operations, health care, personnel, facility safety, physical nevironment, and post-dispositional detention programs. The current requirements for these facilities are contained in 6VAC35-51 and 6VAC35-140. This regulation will incorporate those provisions deemed appropriate and necessary after a comprehensive review. |
