Action Summary This action carries out the mandate of Chapters 1029 and 1030 of the 2003 Acts of Assembly to establish regulations to implement the creation of wine and beer shippers' licenses. It creates the process for applying for such licenses, and establishes the record-keeping and reporting requirements for such licensees.
