The In accordance with § 54.1-1110 of the Code of Virginia, the board may impose (i) remedial education and against, (ii) impose a monetary penalty in accordance with § 54.1-202 A of the Code of Virginia against, (iii) suspend, (iv) place on probation, (v) fail to renew, or (vi) revoke or suspend any license when a licensee has been found to have violated or cooperated with others in violating any provision of the regulations of the board or Chapter 1 (§ 54.1-100 et seq.) or Chapter 11 (§ 54.1-1100 et seq.) of Title 54.1 of the Code of Virginia. The board may also take a case against a licensee under advisement as provided for in § 54.1-201 A 7 of the Code of Virginia.

The board may also take a case against a licensee or certificate holder under advisement as provided for in § 54.1-201 A 7 of the Code of Virginia.
