STATE NOISE ABATEMENT POLICY (REPEALED).

Description: VDOT's Noise Abatement Policy sets forth the criteria and procedures used in determining the need for and the reasonableness and feasibility of noise abatement measures along Virginia's highways. The policy is based on the use of 23 CFR Part 772 as the guiding document for the analysis and abatement of highway traffic noise.
