Notice of Periodic Review
The State Mental Health, Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Services Board is initiating the periodic review of its Regulations to Assure the Protection of Participants in Human Research, 12 VAC 35-180-10 et seq. The Board is requesting comments on whether there is a need to update or revise the regulations for clarity or consistency with current law or professional practice. The review will be guided by the principles listed in Executive Order 36.
