Notice of Periodic Review
Pursuant to Executive Order Number 25(98), the Virginia Department of Transportation has scheduled the regulation listed below for review. If any changes are deemed necessary, VDOT will file the appropriate documentation as required through the Administrative Process Act (APA) (ยง 9-6.14:1 et seq. of the Code of Virginia).
VDOT seeks public comment regarding the following question: Does the regulation meet the following goals?
1. To ensure the efficient and effective delivery of transportation programs and services.
2. To protect the public's health, safety, and welfare with the least possible intrusiveness to the citizens and businesses of the Commonwealth.
3. To comply with state statutes.
Regulation Title: Delegation of Duties
Subject: Establishes duties of VDOT employees as delegated by the Commonwealth Transportation Commissioner.
