SolUnesco LLC, has retracted its notice of intent to submit the necessary documentation for a permit by rule for a small renewable energy project (solar) in Albemarle County. The notice of intent was posted to the Virginia Regulatory Town Hall on October 20, 2016, and published in the Virginia Register of Regulations on November 14, 2016. For further reference this is a 14MW DC, 11MW AC solar farm located at GPS coordinates 37.9678N, -78.4046E on Thomas Jefferson Parkway and Buck Island Road. Note: a new owner for this project, Apex Clean Energy, has submitted a new notice of intent for this project to reflect an updated ownership LLC and project name (Rivanna Solar LLC).
