June 14, 2018, the Department of Criminal Justice Services’ Committee on Training approved comprehensive revisions to the performance outcomes, training objectives, testing criteria and lesson plan guides for dispatchers. The Committee on Training approved three additional revisions during this meeting. These revisions are underlined and in purple font (See the hyperlink below). All basic dispatcher training will need to conform to the approved revisions by March 30, 2019.
