Core Solar SPV XIII, LLC has withdrawn its notice of intent to submit the necessary documentation for a permit by rule for a small renewable energy project (solar) in Chesapeake pursuant to 9VAC15-60. The project was to be located on 908 acres across multiple parcels off Shillelagh Road, approximately 5 miles south of Chesapeake. The notice was previously published in the Virginia Register of Regulations on October 16, 2017.
