Virginia Solar LLC, has notified the Department of Environmental Quality that the notice of intent to submit the necessary documentation for a permit by rule for a small renewable energy project (solar) in Culpeper County is withdrawn.  The original notice of intent was published in the Virginia Register on March 6th 2017 Volume 33, Issue 14.  The Project, called Brandy Station, was to be located on 180 acre across multiple parcels, on land north of Greens Corner Rd, west of Stevensburg Rd. and east of Glen Ella Road; and would have provided a maximum 20 MWs of nameplate capacity.
