Dominion Energy Puller Solar Notice of Intent (NOI) provided the Department of Environmental Quality a notice of intent to submit the necessary documentation for a permit by rule for a small renewable solar energy project in Middlesex County. The project will be located on approximately 125 acres at 8611 General Puller Highway, Topping, Virginia. The solar facility will be comprised of ground-mounted single-axis tracking photovoltaic arrays and auxiliary equipment to provide approximately 15 MWAC of nameplate capacity. The project conceptually consists of 58,800 panels plus 5 inverters.
