Core Solar SPV XIII, LLC has provided notice to the Department of Environmental Quality of its intent to submit the necessary documentation for a permit by rule for a small renewable energy project (solar). The project will be located on 908 acres across multiple parcels off Shillelagh Road, approximately 5 miles south of Chesapeake. The project is anticipated to have a nameplate capacity of 100 MW and be comprised of approximately 350,000 solar planes.
