The department has received a notice of intent to submit the necessary documentation for a permit by rule for a small renewable energy solar project from OneEnergy Renewables for the OneEnergy Sweetspire, LLC project in Hanover County. The OneEnergy Sweetspire, LLC , project is a 20 MW project near Old Church, Hanover County and will cover approximately 165 acres over multiple parcels north of Old Church along Mechanicsville Turnpike.
