Rives Road Solar LLC has provided the Department of Environmental Quality with a notice of intent to submit the necessary documentation for a permit by rule for a small renewable energy project (solar) in Prince George County pursuant to Virginia Regulation 9VAC15-60. The project is located on two parcels totaling 148 acres off Rives Road at I-295 in S. Prince George, VA. The project will have a rated capacity of up to 20 MWac, and comprise approximately 65,000 solar PV panels situated on approximately 75 acres.
