The Board for the Blind and Vision Impaired will hold it's quarterly meeting on April 12, 2005, at the Headquarter's Building, 397 Azalea Avenue, Richmond, Virginia starting at 1:00 p.m.  The Board will receive information regarding department activities and operations, review expenditures from the Board's endowment fund, and discuss other issues raised before the Board.  Location accessible to handicapped and interpreter for deaf provided upon request at least two weeks prior to the meeting date.
