You are hereby notified pursuant to Section 28.2-1302 of the Code of Virginia, as amended, that a public hearing will be held by the Isle of Wight County Wetlands Board to consider the application of Mark and Nancy Tuck and William E. Birdsong II to install 607 square feet of riprap revetment in non-tidal wetlands located at 20380 Hayes Lane with tax map number 23-0l-021C and 20237 Hayes Lane with tax map number 23-01-021, Smithfield.

The Isle of Wight County Wetlands Board will hold a Public Hearing to consider this application at its meeting on Monday, September 21, 2026, in the Robert C. Claud, Sr. Board Room, Isle of Wight Courthouse, 17140 Monument Circle, Isle of Wight, Virginia, beginning at 6:00 P.M.

If you desire to be heard in favor of, in opposition to, or to express your views with respect to the aforesaid application, you may appear before and be heard by said Wetlands Board at its meeting on Monday, September 21, 2026. Your comments in favor of or in opposition to the application may be made by letter giving specific reasons in complete detail, and said letter must be received by this office before the date of the above mentioned Wetlands Board meeting.
