Please be advised that the following permit request has been filed with the City of Suffolk Wetlands Board. The application will be considered at a public hearing to be held on Thursday, July 16, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, Suffolk City Hall, 442 W. Washington Street:  

 

VMRC2023-0895, submitted by David Spencer, applicant and owner, for a

permit to modify and extend an existing riprap revetment located at 6954

Respass Beach Road along the Nansemond River; further identified as Tax

Map 7A(1)*3.

 

Should you have any interest in this matter, you are urged to attend the public hearing. This is the only notice you will receive regarding the upcoming public hearing.
