Please see below for public hearing information regarding the upcoming James City County Wetlands Board meeting.

The James City County Wetlands Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 8, 2026 at 5:00 P.M. in the County Government Conference Room of Building F, 101 Mounts Bay Road, James City County, Virginia.
The Wetlands Board will hear the following case:
WJPA-26-0001/: Mr. Joseph Scott, SalTerra Solutions, LLC, on behalf of Mr. Steven Barone, Chickahominy Haven Marina, has applied for a Wetlands Permit for the installation of wet slips, replacement of piers, and the installation of revetments and sills with sand nourishment on property located at 4125 S Riverside Dr, JCC Real Estate Tax Map Parcel No. 1910900012A.
The applications and plans are on file and may be viewed during normal office hours in the Stormwater and Resource Protection Division, 101 Mounts Bay Road, Building E, James City County, Virginia.
