The James City County Wetlands Board will hold public hearings on Wednesday, October 8, 2025 at 5:00 P.M. in the County Government Conference Room of Building F, 101 Mounts Bay Road, James City County, Virginia.

The Wetlands Board will hear the following cases:
WJPA-25-0005/: Mr. Gregory Henrich, Permit Division, LLC, on behalf of Ms. Dorothy Kroenlien, has applied for a Wetlands Permit for the installation of a bulkhead and revetment maintenance on property located at 194 The Maine, JCC Real Estate Tax Map Parcel No. 4540200070.

WJPA-24-0028/: Mr. Andrew Gurley, CLS Marine, LLC, on behalf of Mr. Geoffrey A. and Ms. Jacqueline E. Stephen, has applied for a Wetlands Permit for the installation of a bulkhead on property located at 3096 N Riverside Drive, JCC Real Estate Tax Map Parcel No. 1910200017.

WJPA-25-0024/: Delta Marine Construction, LLC, on behalf of Mr. Charlie Cole, Chickahominy Haven Citizens Association, has applied for a Wetlands Permit for the demo of existing structures and construction of two walkways, pier, two jetties, and ramp on property located at 4103 S Riverside Drive, JCC Real Estate Tax Map Parcel No. 1910900001.

WJPA-22-0017/: Mr. Daniel Winall, Waters Edge Construction, on behalf of Mr. Andrew Mayfield, Greater First Colony Area Civic Association, has applied for a Wetlands Permit for the maintenance dredging and the installation of two finger piers on property located at 94 Shellbank Drive, JCC Real Estate Tax Map Parcel No. 4530400001.

WJPA-25-0025/: Mr. James Gunn, Coastal Design and Construction, Inc., on behalf of Ms. Anne Ingram, Governor's Land Foundation, has applied for a Wetlands Permit for the construction of living shoreline on property located at 2992 A Kitchum’s Close, JCC Real Estate Tax Map Parcel No. 4421000001C.

The applications and plans are on file and may be viewed during normal office hours in the Stormwater and Resource Protection Division, 101 Mounts Bay Road, Building E, James City County, Virginia.
