Notice of Virginia Beach Wetlands Board Public Hearing
A Public Hearing of the Virginia Beach Wetlands Board will be held on Monday, September 15, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. in the Council Chamber – 2401 Courthouse Dr., Municipal Center, Bldg. 1, Second Floor, Virginia Beach, VA. A Staff briefing session will be held at 9:00 a.m. in the City Manager's Conference Room 2034. All interested parties are invited to attend.
The following requests are scheduled to be heard:
New Business

1. Timothy D. Siviter [Applicant & Owner] To construct a bulkhead, rip rap revetment, and two return walls involving wetlands at 790 Oriole Dr, contiguous to Linkhorn Bay – GPIN 2418510764 – District 6.
   2. Stephen Baker [Applicant & Owner] To construct a rip rap revetment involving wetlands at 3205 Nine Elms, contiguous to Eastern Branch Lynnhaven River – GPIN 1498159422 –District 8.
   3. Sara Castle LLC [Applicant & Owner] To construct a groin wall and dredge involving wetlands at 4109 & 4113 Cheswick Ln, 812 & 816 St. Martin Dr, contiguous to Western Branch Lynnhaven River – GPINs 1478921056, 1478922170, 1478825772, 1478828528 –District 8.
   4. Virginia Electric and Power Company [Applicant] To replace a utility pole involving wetlands at 1089 Horn Point Rd, contiguous to ditch to North Bay – GPIN 2422454874 –District
