Notice of Virginia Beach Wetlands Board Public Hearing
A Public Hearing of the Virginia Beach Wetlands Board will be held on Monday, August 18, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. in the Council Chamber – 2401 Courthouse Dr., Municipal Center, Bldg. 1, Second Floor, Virginia Beach, VA. A Staff briefing session will be held at 9:00 a.m. in the City Manager's Conference Room 2034. All interested parties are invited to attend.

1. Paul III & Lynne Yater [Applicants & Owners] To construct a bulkhead and return wall involving coastal primary sand dune and beach at 2764 Sandfiddler Rd, contiguous to Atlantic Ocean – GPIN 2433371273 – District 2.
2. Grant & Lisa Sibley [Applicants & Owners] To construct a rip rap revetment and return wall involving wetlands at 1508 Quail Point Rd, contiguous to Linkhorn Bay – GPIN 2408948007 – District 6.
3. Joseph & Michelle Roomsburg [Applicants & Owners] To construct a rip rap revetment, rip rap sill, place sand, and plantings involving wetlands at 1120 Caton Dr, contiguous to Linkhorn Bay – GPIN 2408866092 – District 6.
4. Darshak J. Patel [Applicant & Owner] To construct a rip rap revetment involving wetlands at 1202 Gloucester Ln, contiguous to Deary Cove – GPIN 2408876304 – District 6.
5. Jack J. Ross [Applicant & Owner] To construct a rip rap revetment and add rock to the existing rip rap revetment involving wetlands at 118 Pinewood Rd, Ste B, contiguous to Little Neck Creek – GPIN 2418629745 – District 6.
