This request is to remove 60' timber groin and install a 48' vinyl groin, same footprint, with a 16' L-Head Spur at 32' mark within the Wetlands Board’s jurisdiction. The proposed project is located on Fishing Bay, at Tax Map Parcel # 46(2)30. 651 Stove Point Rd

Wetlands Application # 2025-0798 submitted by Steve Montgomery. This request is erosion control along 74 LF of steep embankment with Envirolok bags and Spartina plants inserted between bags within the Wetlands Board’s jurisdiction. The proposed project is located on Moore's Creek, at Tax Map Parcel # 45(8)31. 696 Bland Point Rd
