C. Wetlands Application # 2025-0097 submitted by Delta Marine Construction, LLC on behalf of Russell & Pamela Wood. This request is to install 90' of marsh toe sill and install 80' of rip rap revetement within the Wetlands Board’s jurisdiction. D. Wetlands Application # 2025-0442 submitted by Mill Creek Harbor Association. This request is for the After-the-Fact boat ramp within the Wetlands Board’s jurisdiction. The proposed project is located on Mill Creek Harbor, at Tax Map Parcel # 41-64-A. Tranquility Lane

3. Chairman opens the Hearing for comments from the public.

C. All comments and/or remarks will be addressed to the Wetlands Board, not to the audience or the applicant.
D. Comments from individuals – allowed three (3) minutes each.
E. Comments from speaker(s) representing a group:
i. Must represent four (4) or more individuals;
ii. Individuals must stand and acknowledge that they are being represented by the speaker and that they forfeit their individual time to speak;
iii. Are allowed 12 minutes to make their presentation(s)
4. Chairman closes hearing for comments from public.
