The James City County Wetlands Board will hold public hearings on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at 5:00 P.M. in the County Government Conference Room of Building F, 101 Mounts Bay Road, James City County, Virginia.

The Wetlands Board will hear the following cases:
WJPA-24-0030/VMRC #2024-2848: Mr. Scott Lerberg, Kingspoint Club, Inc., on behalf of , has applied for a Wetlands Permit for the replacement of an existing community pier on property located at 119 Northpoint Drive, JCC Real Estate Tax Map Parcel No. 4910230001A.

WJPA-25-0003/VMRC #2024-2833: Mr. Daniel Winall, Waters Edge Construction, on behalf of Mr. Frank Clare, Jr. and Ms Mary Nofzinger, has applied for a Wetlands Permit for the a revetment on property located at 2521 Manion Drive, JCC Real Estate Tax Map Parcel No. 4630200004.

The applications and plans are on file and may be viewed during normal office hours in the Stormwater and Resource Protection Division, 101 Mounts Bay Road, Building E, James City County, Virginia.
