PUBLIC NOTICE
A public hearing will be held by the Virginia Marine Resources Commission (VMRC) beginning at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, to consider an application submitted by Christopher and Kristin Levasseur (VMRC #2024-0204) requesting a permit from the Virginia Marine Resources Commission to construct a 195-foot long rock revetment and riprap sill with sand fill and plantings along Paul Creek at 232 Deepwater Drive in the City of Chesapeake.
