NORFOLK WETLAND BOARD PUBLIC NOTICE

The Norfolk Wetlands Board will convene a public hearing on Wednesday, March 13^th, 2024 at 1:00 pm in City Council Chambers, 11th Floor of City Hall to consider the following permit applications:

Public Hearing Items:

Carter C. & Ann Smith #24-0231: Installation of a rip rap revetment, ramp and pier addition to impact non-vegetated wetlands located at 6409 Eleanor Court on the Elizabeth River.

All interested parties are invited to attend the hearing and offer comment. Written comments to be entered into the official record may be presented during the hearing or directed to our office prior to the hearing date.
