A. Wetlands Application # 2023-2355 submitted by Chesapeake Bay Partners Norview LLC. This request is to remove concrete boat ramp, then install 130 LF Bulkhead between existing boat ramp and D Dock with backfill, and a Living Shoreline within the Wetlands Board’s jurisdiction. The proposed project is located on Broad Creek, at Tax Map Parcel # 41-167 & 41-59-4. 18691 General Puller Hwy
B. Wetlands Application # 2024-0052 submitted by Shaaron Brown. This request is to install a living shoreline behind existing rock sill within the Wetlands Board’s jurisdiction. The proposed project is located on Robinson Creek, at Tax Map Parcel # 19-213C. 855 Browns Lane.
C. Wetlands Application # 2024-0086 submitted by Donald Hatchett. This request is for restoration of 142' Revetment, 112' existing, and 30' proposed within the Wetlands Board’s jurisdiction. The proposed project is located on Jackson Creek, at Tax Map Parcel # 40(43)1. 184 Norton Lane.
D. Wetlands Application # 2024-0089 submitted by Kilmers Point Citizens Association C/O Ms. Joy Lindus. This request is for beach nourishment and sprigging within the Wetlands Board’s jurisdiction. The proposed project is located on the Rappahannock River, at Tax Map Parcel # 19C(1)A 18A. Remlik Dr.
E. Wetlands Application # 2024-0147 submitted by Leslie Stone. This request is to install a living shoreline with Ready Reef Oyster reefs, backfill with clean sand, and plant marsh grass. Decaying bulkhead will be cut down and buried by backfill sand within the Wetlands Board’s jurisdiction. The proposed project is located on Moores Creek, at Tax Map Parcel # 40-82-39. 156 Wooldridge Cove Rd.

3. Chairman opens the Hearing for comments from the public.

B. Each speaker or individual will be given one opportunity to speak.
C. All comments and/or remarks will be addressed to the Wetlands Board, not to the audience or the applicant.
D. Comments from individuals – allowed three (3) minutes each.
E. Comments from speaker(s) representing a group:
i. Must represent four (4) or more individuals;
ii. Individuals must stand and acknowledge that they are being represented by the speaker and that they forfeit their individual time to speak;
iii. Are allowed 12 minutes to make their presentation(s)
4. Chairman closes hearing for comments from public.
