The Norfolk Wetlands Board will convene a public hearing on Wednesday, February 14, 2024, at 1:00 pm, in City Council Chambers, 11th Floor of City Hall to consider the following permit applications:

Public Hearing Items:

Richard Walker #23-2687:  Installation of a riprap revetment and pier replacement to impact non-vegetated wetlands located at 1330 Willow Wood Drive on the Lafayette River.

Wetlands Violation:

9511 5th Bay Street:  Construction of an unauthorized pier and filing to impact jurisdictional wetlands.

All interested parties are invited to attend the hearing and offer comments.  Written comments to be entered into the official record may be presented during the hearing or directed to our office prior to the hearing date.
